The newest addition to the community is our Birdhouse Bungalow, another 1930's Florida-style home that was moved to its present location and completely refurbished and remodeled by Katherine Kelly.

Welcome to Sarasota Florida's finest Historic vacation homes, Sweet Mango Manor and The Bird House Bungalow and the studio rental, The Bamboo Room.    

My first endeavor was Sweet Mango Manor, which is a beautifully appointed 1925 airplane bungalow wrapped in 7,000 square feet of lush tropical gardens that I love to share with visitors and guests from near and far. 

With The Manor, came The Bamboo Room; a completely renovated garage/work room, whic is now a delightful studio suite.

Right next door, The Bird House Bungalow is another 1936 classic old-Florida bungalow style home, moved to its current location in 2006, it is completely renovated while maintaining its historic charm.

As a Sarasota resident for 56 years, my love for preservation, gardening, collecting and the environment was the perfect combination to create these Historic vacation properties. 

I have personally lived in both of these homes.  In August of 2014 I moved just down the street, yet I visit every single day.  I am always available for any needs the guests may have.

Attention to the little things is what sets us apart. Making our guests feel comfortable and at home is our priority.
